No. mega is used to measure resistance, or breakdown of insulation.
That is a tong or clamp meter, for measuring current flowing in a conductor.

The name "Megger" is a trade name. It has, however, been pretty much accepted as the term for doing insulation resistance measurements (in megohms) - a bit like "hoovering" in the UK

going to shelve the compressor for now, going to work on where to put it, and make the tank/s. also have to ''aquire'' the pressure switch, check valve, blow down valve, and the pipe work.
