and a new set of 50mm lift springs and longer stroke shocks as Im pretty sure spring spacers are a no no with insurance companies arnt they?
Buy the way aprox how much are these spacers worth as springs arnt that expensive when you consider the inprovement over a standard Disco with a good set of springs shock and damper, I got mine mega cheap as it all came out of my mates display rig but you can get sets from about $600 that would improve your disco considerably and is Road worthy and insurable.
I could be wrong with NSW regs but last I heard in vic they were a no no.

Hi,
If you have a bit of sagging with weight for a D2 Greame Cooper sells 6mm Cad plated spacers that go under your springs in the front.
Three is about the max you can put in without other hassles ABS lines coil binding etc..
I put 3 in under my OME 779 springs and works really well takes the sag out that the steel bar winch and dual battery gave it in the front.
Also lengthened my 4x4 D & E 50mm lift SLS suspension brackets in the rear to compensate.
Cheers

If your springs arent falling out now, they will be less likely to fall out with spacers fitted. On a D1 they can reduce NVH levels by providing a form of insulation between the spring and chassis. (D2's use a rubber seat to do the same thing)
