Our 130 has one. Didn't work in the middle of the night though while we were out on a track in the middle of no where heading to camp...then again we didn't realised we'd switched to the long range tank either 
The fuel gauge applies for both tanks so it would be nice if the warning light worked for both...

Fuel Low Warning
Does this mean my humble ol Tdi 300 98 Cab Shassis had one of these?????
It would be cool if it did but I've never seen it
Please someone tell me it has.

All this fuel warning light Defender stuff is news to me as well.
I have an aux sill tank where the float must be incorrectly installed because it maxes out at just over half way and does not move for 350km or so and empties at about quarter way. Annoying but way too hard to get sorted.
