Give Andrew @ Les Richmond Automotive a call, he will know the solution, (he has developed most of the White Tiger stuff) and is happy to talk (and argue) your proposals.
I have a 94 rangie with srs so a bodylift is outta the question and i want to get some 33"s or at least 32"s under there, how high a lift would i need (i looking at getting a 4in spring lift and some drop boxes) and would some XL white tiger flares do the trick - apparently they suit for upto 35-36" but i think thats with a bodylift.

Just a gaurd cut will be ample, and some flares for 33's![]()
Be aware a 4" lift will be illegal without permits. 2" total inc tyres, body and spring lift is all that is legal without permit and inspection. Your car can ged red stickered for it.
