Question for all those who have removed their muffler on a TD5

Mine has a cat. I asked the muffler guy about removing it (when he did the muffler) and he said that he thought it would be too loud if he did that.

hmmm loud - I have a Rangie Tdi with 3" exhaust no mufflers, D110 will be quiet compared.

I think it may be the EU2 ones (update TD5) that have the cats on them. My 00.5 doesn't have one either.

My MY02 D110 stinks the shed out when on tick over - will be glad to loose it.

The Cat model is EU3....

I suppose it depends on the rest of your system Captain,,,
