Firstly is the fluid new or has it been sitting about for a while.
If you have done the slave and the fork / rod etc., then the only things left are the lines themselves and the master cylinder.
With many clutches I have done in the past, on my own, I have actually carried it out by gravity bleeding, takes a bit longer, but it's always worked for me.
