Yep, combination headlight/driving light kit. Second one is for Hella Rallye 4000s. I have some lanotec in the shed may do that as well today.

I put mine on the drivers side as nothing under the guard on this side, up high and out of the way, while still being reasonably accessible and protected. Was going to be a bit of a drama on the passenger side and a bit exposed.
The only drama putting it there is the circuit breaker had to go mid point, but should be ok.
IPF Fatboy globes, will have to look at these, was thinking about Phillips globes. What sort of cost are the IPF globes?

I've only got one issue with the IPF globes... heat! Don't like to leave them on for very long when not moving. As for cost (hope you're sitting down) $160

    Unhappy Headlight wiring upgrade.

    Hi Craig.
The negative wire seems to me to be nowhere near long enough to use for both lights if it's going back to the battery or earth point.
What was your solution? I thought I might just join them to a thicker cable and then to the battery. What do you think?
Or would it affect the light output?
    Thanks.
    Alan.

PS. What do you think Drivesafe?

Hi Alan, in the Defender installation, look for the starter motor earth.

    Good point though.

    Smile Light upgrade.

Thanks Drivesafe. Job is "in progress" at the moment while I take a refreshment break!
