i ask this question to everyone with a 1999 Td5. is your accelerator jerky/touchy at low rev's ??

My 99 manual TD5 Disco was. In the UK a revised ecu was installed under warranty for owners who complained about it.

Have a look on EBAY for a replacement ECU (they do come up). Then send that to toomby and get him to upgrade it. That way you have a path back to stock if you want. I did this.

I must say though I've been very happy with the re-map and the original ECU hasn't been back in the car
