    aaargh... I don't know. I ran out of time, and couldn't find a wiring diagram so it was supplied and fitted by MR Automotive. I'm sure if you gave them a call they could give you the details.

    It comes with both landrover switches, and a wiring loom.

    Maybe an early D2 cruise control would work on an early Defender, just a thought.

    Is there a model number or something I can look at on my ECU to see what version I have..

    as I have a late model 2001 would be keen to see if A. I can do this, B can I get ECU upgrade...!!

    Its ANY ECU that does not start with "MSB" so any NNN ecu is:

    (a) Flash upgradeable
    (b) Suited to Cruise Control

    Defenders had

    NNN000120
    NNN500020

    Well, the kits done and fitted now (too dark, I'll take some more pics tomorrow)

    Heres the bits laid out!

    SWITCHES.... Momentary contact, Stainless Steel.


    Main Harness Connections (inc Rubber Seals etc...)


    Switch and Power Loom (Behind Dash)

    So there you have it!

    Installation took around 1 1/2 hours (leisurely) and required the drilling of 2 0.500" holes for the switches.

    I'll post installation instructions once I finish typing them up.
