Injector Harness prob fixed
As some may remember, I had troubles with D2 TD5 last week.Well eventually drove it to Toowoomba SX land Rover and had her big service WOW, hurts the back pocket, and also asked them to assess the issue with injector harness.They cleanup around ECU and Plu and removed seal, which drains fliud( water away) hoping it would right it self, BUT too Much oil.
after giving it a road test, mis fire returned and thus returned to workshop. 1 hour later and $35o bucks for new rocker cover gasket loom Labour and workshop consumables. All up for a 160k service and injector harness, $1200 odd bucks.This thing has cost me $2500 in the past month including the SLS compressor, she better not fail again soon.
For your Info my S1 V8 Disco is for sale on markets.Just changed my Job and dont need it any more.Bit sorry she is really a good car.Anyone wanting a great vehicle in A! condition, check out the photos and details
