    What is the largest Tyre I can fit to Disco

    Hello, I have an 03 Disco II with the 18" rims. I got rid of the standard wranglers (complete junk) and replaced them with the Genral Tyres Gripper AT2 in the 255/55/18 size. Great move as they are a super tyre as a direct replacement. However, I am also thinking about putting the AT2 in the 255/60/18 on but not sure how they will fit, spedo issues etc. Has anyone tried them and will they clear all the body parts, susspension and steering on a DII?

    They will fit no problems, will not rub on anything either. The speedo will be out maybe 5k's.
    But all will fit nicely. I have a friend running the same size no prob's. It is also his daily drive.
    He did exactly what u did or intend on doing.

    one day someone is going to post another how biga tyre can i Fit under a LR XXX thread and Im going to go an borrow a Haul pack tyre then park a landrover on top of it and post up something along the lines of

    a 4m high 1.2m wide 7 ton goodyear BAT (bigg ass tyre) But youve got to have Really REally good approach and departure angle to get it under the rover.
