    Is there a medium duty spring? I have the LR bar but not intending to install a winch. Would like to lift the front a little.

    these springs are not really heavy - think they are just right with a bullbar, and I am thinking in my case not long enough once the winch is installed - I will have to wait and see.

    otherwise have a look at the Les Richmond springs - there are so many to mix and match from.

    They are HD compared to Std, but not HD compared to OME or LRA

    These are Factory springs, LR like every other car manufacturer dont go overboard.... these are a great rating over Std with or with out a winch or bar.
