    got to agree - unprofessional opinion here also, this is why I removed my EGR completely.

    mine now purrs like a kitten.

    There is just the one vac line
    thats if you have a poverty pack disco
    the later TD5 engines have a different valve and 2 vac lines, so the later ones probably block more than 15%?
