This is a 2inch lifted 90 i saw in england a couple of years ago. They had a piece of rhs onlong the rear cross member and some special brackets on chassis. I think it had 44inch wheels on it.
It was really well done. I think by RDS engineering or something like that.

40mm would be the maximum, I have to lengthen my Hi/Low lever, Im making a rear bumper and will need infill under tailgate, depending on your bullbar you may need to fill in the gap, The radiator sits on the chassis so you only have to lower the top mounts, adjust the fuel filler and steering joints. Thats about it !....feel free to ask any more questions

Had a good ol chat with Mike today and he gave me some good reasons not to B/lift a fender..but I was just curious... My next set of tyres will be 35"s but I might have a go at spacers and 36"s.thanks all for the input;)

Leave the radiator on its lower mounts (on the chassis cross member) and move the top radiator brackets and power steering reservoir down. Then the fan shroud remains lined up with the viscous fan and none of the radiator or intercooler hoses need to be touched.
There should be enough slack in the hoses to the coolant tank.

I lifted the body on my disco about 25mm and had to trim part of the plastic mouldings below the headlights, to clear the TJM bull bar. Would not have been a problem if the bar was lifted with the chassis.
Had to do some trimming to be able to leave the rear bar where it was.
Unless you bend the hi/low lever it hits on the surround and the extension puts it too close to the gear lever in hi.
Also, before lifting the body, remove the centre console, then remove the circular plate and screws that clamp the rubber seal to the gearbox. If you don't the rubber seal will tear.
