Lovells, Browns or other suggestions

Who do you know who had Brown springs that broke?
Brown springs make all the springs for Les Richmond. I have had 4 different sets from the and never had a problem and never heard of one.

A set of 4 custom springs from them is about $300

I had a LRA purple spring snap on my Rangie - Andrew admitted there was bad batch.

I am not the only one to report this to him, but otherwise have been good - currently have purple/orange on the front and white/green on the rears.

If going with Browns, they will need to be custom made for a 50mm lift as the Les Richmond springs are only a 40mm lift or 1.5" over bumpstop height.

Myself and a wreck I bought had the broken ones, the sagging springs have been in 3 mates rovers, within about 2 years of install, one of them it was 2 sets......not saying they're all bad, we tend to see things fail more than most;)

Thanks to all, in particular Adam. I thought you had some previous with Browns and was hoping you would reply.
I had a chat with Dave from Browns tody and I must admit, he blew me away with his knowledge but in the end, he needs to be told what you want....then he'll make it.
I'll check out D2au as you suggested.

God this place never ceases to amaze me:D
