Gents ... and Ladies

I noticed on our return from up North the leccy brakes on the CT weren't working. I suspect the controller is faulty. It's a Hayman Reese and when you push the overide slide along, the pilot light illuminates on the unit indicating it's working until it's fully depressed when the light goes out.
Similarly a test lamp on the trailer connection increases in brightness when the slide is pushed (as you would expect) ... and then also goes out at full depression.

Do you reckon the unit is cactus? Can they be repaired. I'll see if I can pull it apart tomorrow.

Any suggestions ???
