ECU harness or turbo outlet pipe

My 2000 disco TD5 has misfiring under load syndrome. Appears that it always happens under heavy acceleration towing or going up a steeper hill and nearly always when the turbo is powering.
I have taken apart the plug near the front of the rocker cover and given it a clean. Had a little oil in it.
This did not improve the suituation.
The next thing I need to check is the turbo outlet pipe condition and see if it has collaysed.
Where do I find this and what do I exacltly lookl for.?

You also need to get a boost gauge on it...

    You may be overboosting.

Or your fuel filter may be getting on and blocked...

Have you fueled up recently and started having this issue? Or has it been over several tank fulls?

Has it "just started" since a fill up?

There shouldn't be any oil in the plug at the head. The plugs at the ecu need to be checked to see if the oil has worked its way down.

Try the waste gate, it costs about $50 from the dealer. I had the same problem and this seemed to work on mine.
