They are the sort of question buzzing in my head as well so, no, it's not a hijack of the thread to me.
Thanks p38a for the correct Penrite name, I couldn't find it on their website.

It appears so. It is also a NLGI 000 grease.

The Penrite is 450 gram, the LR One-Shot is 325 gram so the Penrite will more than fill on swivel hub.
