    RoverCare - Mine looks much the same as yours. Different colour posts though.

    One thing, my arms are around the wrong way compared to yours. I have got the "kinked" arm supporting the front of the vehicle, whereas you have the "kinked" arm under the rear. Do you know if it matters at all? Maybe I'll have to swap them over.

    we have the same hoists at work the shorter harms are spose to go to the front of the car if both arms are the same lenth it dont matter

    Cars go on, forwards, backwards, stripped, heavy in the front, in the back, to many variables

    I just balance it accordingly

    Thanks for that. Was just a bit worried I'd put them on backwards!

    I am always amazed at how small the base of the hoist is. I was expecting something much wider to bolt to the concrete. Seems to work just fine though. If there were problems they'd be getting their ass sued off them, being from America and all.

    Oh, yea, that pit has covers for it

    Next doors jack russel come scootin past the other day and fell in, had a baby wombat in it once, and even the old Schnauzer, poor girl

    So yea, its a bit of an animal trap
