I have a gauge I will be putting in mine one day;).
It appears to have the idiot light for the transmission and the gauge I think is mounted where the line for the oil cooler comes out.
I am planning on just adding another gauge in the same spot with a T piece and adaptors.

The previous owner never mentioned actual temps, but he did say the rear got hotter on the tarmac and it was the other way round when 4wd'ing, it was the front that got hotter.

I'm not sure that I want to know - what I do know is that my LT95 gets VERY hot. I think a gauge will tell me what I already know................
Having said that, it would be nice to have a gauge.
An auto tranmission is the first driveline component I'd be sticking a gauge on.
I have bought a digital temperature gauge to fit to my ZFauto, hopefully can tap out the drain plug or is there somewhere else to fit the sender? Was going to see what the normal temp was, then add on say 10 degrees to alarm actuation.Gauge came from www.sig.itel.net
