Question K&N air filter in 200Tdi defender

    hey all
    just a quick query
does anybody on here run a K&N air filter in their 200TDI defender? i am interested in doing so just to help it breathe a little better as it is also getting some exhaust modification soon. if you do, could you plese inform me of the part number so i can order one in? the mean lady at repco says they don't make 'em to suit, but i've seen at least one.

    thanks in advance

do a search on here on K&N's, then come back and see if you want to re-ask the question

I dont think you will get the up grade in perfofmance you are expecting for changing to a different filter the cost V standard etc. buy a standard & throw away the old one when buggerd????

If you care for your engine stick with the paper filter item.

Nothing wrong with blowing them out (from the inside to the outside) with some compressed air when they get dirty, along as the paper is clean on the inside you will get better mileage out of them, Regards Frank.
