Arrow Three Steps Forward Ten Back

well stared to put the rear body back on the other day so i hung the front doors to check out if it lined up.i mesured the chassis while doing the welding on the rear xmember seemed fine BUT once everything was on the drivers door shut fine with a largish gap at the rear, passenger door just wouldnt shut at all seems the passenger far side of the rear xmember is out so i lifted the body up & moved it no problem but it looks like this .

what should i do should i bolt it on with the brackets on the inside of body or cut them off & reweld them back on with some spacers under them or just leave it..
not to sure of the look of them on the inside.
    what do use all think..

Im Guessing only the pureists,AND ALL US NOW YOU HAVE POINTED IT OUT would spot the stuff up on the finished job.
If it were mine,I would get some 25mmX 2mm flat bar,cut it to size, drill 2 holes to match, bolt on the outside.(for neatness mainly)
Would be better than cutting/re-welding and risking similar.
