    D1 tyres which size

    Ok have a D1 with a 2" lift and want to know what people think are the best size of tyre for the d1

    Mate I'd be using the 235/85 x 16s off the D90!!!

    I have 3 full sets of 235/ 85 r 16 sitting the garage (don't Ask )
    But i thought they are too big for the disco for a daily driver, and touring

    mmm will have to get the electric spanner (angle grinder) out then as i think the arches might need so adjusting

    I have 235/70 's on my disco which are nearly new and fitted just before i bought it 18 months ago ( cooper ht's), i would fit 245/70's if i had the choice as they correct the over reading of the speedo and odo - about 6% out.
