Howdy,
I have a series 2a with 15" sunnys and a trailer that I built with Rangie wheels.
I understand that they are the same stud pattern where I am falling short is the off set. I have been advised that the series Rovers have around a 20mm off set and that if you intend fitting Disco rims they need to be modified. How do defender etc rims fit into this scenario? Are they off seted? Or do they need to be modified also?
I would really appreciate any "positive" feedback on this issue.
I am after 3 x 15 inch rims to go on my trailer so as to be interchangeable with my beast. I live in the Dandenong ranges 35km nth east of Melbourne. I have 5 x 6 stud sunnys with good tread that I would gladly swap if anyone is interested or I'll just have to reach into the dreaded wallet.
Thanks in advance for your help.
Tim.
