Just the threadlocker blue or red if you really want to make sure I would say.

The grade of Loctite in that application probably isn't important except to stop the bolts vibrating loose over time. The Loctite will make no difference to the recovery point strength.

Yup. I just want a grade that wont let them come undone but can allow me to undo it if need be.

Then blue threadlocker if you want to be able to undo it, but it firms it right up. With the red threadlocker we usually touch it up with an oxy to breakdown the loctite and then undo it.
