130 owners how do I move the seat to access storage ?

AFAIK it's required for ADR's, overseas owners can access the space.

Mine are setup to push forward at any old time, (nothing retaining the seatback) and in fact the 2/3 section is pushed up and forward all the time as all my power tools and small parts cases are lined up across the top of the box, so accessing it is a continual pain anyway.
