    Thanks Guys,

Now, no 'traditional' bull-bars are available for the Flandie - not enough demand for anyone here to develop one. Only heavy duty bar available is the one from US which bolts to the chassis sub:

As for the nudge bars - I'd like a little bit extra protection. I know it will not be as good as a bull-bar, but it should be better than nothing. Steering towards the tube-type as I can mount driving lights and antenna to one of these which is not the case with ABS bar. Price is also a bit of concern at the moment. As much as I'd like one, I can't really afford to import a US$525 (+shipping) bar - not yet - and other things take priority.

Second-hand ones are going for about $200, new - about $500. f I wanted new, I'd go for the US one (provided there'd be no issues fitting it to an air-bag equipped vehicle?).

My genuine landrover bar cost $100 on e-bay - they do come up regularly at that price. Chrome ones as well as black powder coated ones. And they are airbag compatible.
