First inspection I took mine through it was doing that. Level looked spot on but it turned out it has to be well over the markers to stay off. Old guy doing the inspection told me off and showed me where it should be.

Right at the back up against the firewall. Can't find anything else. It seems to be covered in Urite or some similar goop. Looks like a bugger to get at.
What's the go? Is it important? What happens if I ignore it? It only flickers from time to time.

The fluid level is way up. About at the seam between the top and bottom of the reservoir. Sorta 8-10mm down from the top. I did the rear pads last weekend which also resulted in more fluid in the reservoir, but no change.

brain fart.... Ive just done this problem on one of the perenties at work and it was the switch on the MC... If you didnt have ABS then the sensor for brake pressure differential would be on the underside of the MC where the alen key grub screw is as shown in the mirror

since you have ABS its function is redundant and handled by the ABS module block.
this is the pic of the brake differential pressure switch on a 110 with power brakes but no abs.

Bares no resemblance to the setup on mine.
However, the other day I wiggled/jiggled/annoyed the connectors in the wires shown in my piccie and the problem has gone .... :ehand:
P'raps the connection was dirty. I'll pull them apart and give them a squirt of WD40 or similar.
Hopefully it's an inexpensive fix for a minor prob. :ohyes:
