2 more things to note here, BradM's Typo; the rubber sits 10MM, not 10 CM up inside the mount body.
And it is difficult to see Defender ones, as they have a different Chassis mount that obscures the holes:(

You can see on the top of the rubber where the centre has sunk so far that it has been rubbing on the engine bracket.

The engine is sitting a lot higher up in the engine bay now and the Disco does not have that lean to the right any more.
