I did notice a large dent in the floor pan above the uni joint where it must have let go before making me think the weight was knocked off or not replaced(if it was ever there???)
There is a bit more of a story, to this problem

If the propshaft hit the floor pan .... .... That is major damage to a delicate balanced item

Did you get it checked for

straightness ...... Balance .... Spline alignment

Thanks Mike the dent in the floor pan was there when i got the car so not sure if the shaft was checked for straighness etc. Perhaps they just replaced uni joint. Will get shaft balanced.
Also I take it as definate there is no weight on front diff so this limits my options.

You have to check the donut carefully, cracks may not appear upon visual inspection, but when under load they appear. Mine didnt appear to have any issue but with a bit of bending you could see the crack around the rings.

    Problem Solved

So I took my tailshaft off and in to get balanced seems like it was the "Ball Kit" had no roller pins inside??? I checked with the mechanic who changed my 2 uni's who said none ther when he pulled apart and did'nt know there should have been.
All I can think is uni joint was replaced before ii got the car 3 months ago and they have never beeen in there.
Anyway "Gibbs Truck and Trailer Parts" at Burliegh on the Gold Coast did a great job and can balance tailshafts in house.
Dropped it of at 7.30 am they called at 8.30 am to confirm price $195 ball joint 2 uni's and balance.
Ordered parts from Brisbane fitted them and I picked it up at 2pm.
thanks to all for your help
