Idler pulley and tensioner pulley died

Yesterday as I started up Rover, I heard a bang followed by Smokey dust and a squeal, I turned the car off immediately opened the bonnet to find the belt shredded

I was at work at the time so I had to have poor Rover towed to Liverpool from Homebush $132 later Dads been winging about why I haven’t joined NRMA any way another story

The price of the pulley $150 odd for idler pulley $50 for tenisoner pulley $60 for belt bearing collapsing and needing a new belt when the old belt was only 10000km old priceless

Mr Coopers quoted me $160 for the two pulleys; Rover Parts wanted $120 for the tensioner pulley I found the idler pulley as that’s a universal type pulley for $20 thanks to Rovacraft they charged me $70 for the tensioner pulley I got shafted on the belt it costed me $50 but I bought it at Repco

They take you home if that's what you prefer... In metro they offer 20kms free then x amount after that. in rural areas they do 50 kms.
