You could always call Jeff and ask? :D (if he is in a good mood...)
Back when Sam posted that thread, IRC prices were $3k for a complete setup (locker, axles and flanges).
A D60 35spl ARB locker alone is about AU$1000 in the US at the moment.

can a 35 spline d60 centre be purchased from ARB in Australia? what else needs changing to go to a d60 centre? bearings, CWP etc?
Yes. Back when Sam posted his thread I was living OS. I could get a D60 ARB locker in the US for US$675, which at the time was AU$900ish. Sam told me that trade on the ones he was buying in oz were around AU$950 at the time.
Need to change:
Centre
Axles
Stub axles
Drive flanges (included with JM axles)
Bearings
Hub machining???
sounds pretty reasonable considering im would be doing all that bar the stub axles and machining if went for the maxi drive axles, i would probobly still be changing the stub axles because my salisbury is drum and i will be converting to disk while i put the locker in.
well if its not going to cost me to much more i dont mind paying the extra and going to 35spline especially with running 37s, ARB sals and 24 spline maxidrives would probobly do me but I would rather avoid the breakages if i can.
Well ive picked up an RD36 d60 ARB locker(the sals locker is up for sale brand new still) and i have been talking to Keith from Rover tracks about getting the axles/stubs/hubs side of thing sorted out and doing the brake conversion while we are at it... i will take some pics as i go,
Does anyone know what bearings the Mcnamara hubs/stubs use?
