yep, gotta find the happy medium. the first one i adjusted i nipped it up to tight, centrally the steering was fine but the closer to full lock it got the tighter the steering did. later when that box died i pulled it apart, i found the centeral part of the worm gear was really sharp and worn more so than the outter part of the gear. the center had started to chip this was now a good indication as to why i couldnt stop the flamin thing leaking after numerous seal replacements:mad:
