    Hi-speed, series transfer box

    Hi people

Can anyone tell me what the actual ratios are for the series transfer box hi-speed ratio conversion?

I think it was made by Maxidrive.

You won't find me on: faceplant; Scipe; Infragam; LumpedIn; ShapCnat or Twitting. I'm just not that interesting.

IRC that high range was 1:1 or very close to it. Low range was around 2.25 or 2.3:1

Standard High range is indeed 1.148:1

The ashcroft high range conversion had/has 0.87:1 high. They claim low is unchanged (2.35:1).
    Ashcroft Transmissions

The MD conversion (sold by FWD motors???) was - I recall - closer to 1:1. Mal told me that while he tried to keep low range as low as possible, the best he could do was around 38.5:1 in his t-case.
