As you no doubt have seen, I have an old Uniden hanging from a mount on the roof of my Disco and have a cheap unity gain antenna mounted on a spring base on a gutter mount just above my head and in convoy or on road it is more than adequate. Just something to think about.

Yeah the Pinz will always amaz people on the angles it can handle as it looks like it should fall at the hint of a side slope, Takes a while to get use to the feeling when coming down steep rutted hills! with the back end constantly kicking a wheel in the air!

It loves to go for swims as well :p, The trip didn't damage the pride and joy at all we got it home cleaned it up and everything is as good as new.

Any chance you would be able to send through anymore pictures or clips?

Now back to the radio, i have seen your set up and i have contemplated going that way with mine! i am pricing units now so it will depend on what i can find :)
