i may have had too many rums by now but an adjustable panhard will move the body not the radius arms? and it will have no bearing as to wether a tyre rubs on a radius arm or not?

I agree that they never were. Mine was off by something like 6-10mm. I fitted spacers to the panhard mount bracket so mine is centred at ride height.
Yes Phil, too many rums. The front suspension is a parrallelogram with the radius arms forming the two sides. The panhard length changes how close to square it is. When it's off-square, one side will rub first.Quote:

I had the same issue when I fitted my tyres. I knew about the stops so grabbed a spanner and jumped under to adjust it, but found that the stop bolt on the RH side was missing :eek:
I'd never noticed before and not had any trouble with rubbing so the steering travel must have been limited by something else.
