The one I bought for the Disco from Graeme Cooper also required that I bought the correct threaded tie rod as well albeit seperately. No extension required/needed or supplied.

Phil wins the prize, you need a left hand thread and right hand thread tie rod ends, should of replaced them anyhow, when fitting the new track rod:D, chuck the adjuster bit away;)
DON'T use roadsafe brand, 2 reasons
1. they fail within a few thousand kilometres:mad:,
2. the threaded are stops well before it should, makeing toe adjustment, impossible, with "modification":mad::mad:
It's actually Lemförder, a brand of ZF.
As the others have said, **** off the adjuster and use a 110/130 LH thread one and you are set to go.
