300tdi diff pinion oil seal/flange centre nut torque?

    good evening guys,
I think its time to replace my the diff pinion seals, both front and rear. I have a stock standard 300tdi defender.

    I did some homework
Replacing the diff pinion oil seal. - LR4x4 - The Land Rover Forum
however, I still need the torque settings.

now, can anyone tell me the correct torque settings for the flange centre nuts?
I think the front is preset but the rear is critical. is this correct? can anyone talk me through?

    thanks, axel

130 Nm for the rover diff, the salisbury will be similar - the collapsible spacer takes a lot to move it. If you are a concerned, mark the position of the nut, flange and housing with liquid paper and do it back up to the mark. You will need something to hold the the flange. I found that one of those humongous el-cheapo pipe wrenches worked well.
