More often than not you'll get a wind whistle at speed to alert you to this though.

Having looked at the whole job myself ...take out your heater box and have a squizz at your bulkhead underneath, having removed mine i discovered that it is rotten, confirmed with a little love from a wire brush on a drill. also inside the door where the clamp bolts are for the winscreen it should look bright and painted if not you have the same dramas, should be getting door skins and bulkhead shortly will give you the cost when i do just in case regards andy

Hey green could you do me a favour and photograph the end result i will be interested to see what you have done, now did you fill the bolt cavity with sealastic at all ?
