2nd that. I have driven extensively off road over the years in a Series III fitted with a Holden Red motor and Stromberg. Some extreme rock hopping up to remote rebro stations with exceptional angles to be climbed. Fuel supply never missed a beat. Yes some simple mods to the float bowl and ideally an electric pump. Single barrel Strombergs would have to be the cheapest, easiest and most plentiful carby in Australia. Have fixed them over the years with chewing gum, coat hangers, solder, and very basic tools
