'75 RRC as spare for '81

Who thinks its generally worth buying a 1975 Rangie as a spare for my '81 or should I try for something >'81?

if its cheap enough go for it.
I bought a cheap 70's RRC for a few hundred bucks as spares for my 81' RRC
Its saved me hundreds over the past couple of years and I still have a garage of unused spares. If I ever run out of spares i'll be on the look out again. Take note though, it takes longer than you might think to completly strip a RRC.
All depends on the price I suppose but if you work it out bit bit bit it soon adds up as long as most of the parts are usable.
