Arthritic rear windows
My 88 RRC rear electric windows appear to have arthritis. They go down OK but getting back up is a very slow and painful business. I have sprayed the guides with silicone. The windows work better (but are still painfully slow) if I connect a battery directly to the window motor. The front ones are also slow but not unbearable. My guess would be poor coonections (but I have checked them all) and motors that are just a bit too weak for the job. Were the windows slow when new? Any suggestions?

My windows are fine. Maybe the rollers in the lower rail section are binding up somehow.
