    remove the rad, remove top and bottom tanks, mechanically clean the tubes with a metal/ nylon strip then replace tanks, pressure check, put back in vehicle

    Not convinced its a viable option on alloy cored, plastic tanked radiators.

    I reckon you would probably cause more issues than you may fix
