Here is a previous thread on KAM components - though not much specific talk on lockers. I would be interested to know which components they supply to the OZ military.
I find it funny that they claim they have fitted the locker to Santana PS10s (AKA IVECO MASSIF) - they do not run rover diffs, so the locker would need to be different.
It would be great if they prove to be worth the price, and give ARB and McNamara some competition now MD is no more. However to me they look like an inferior design compared to the competition, which requires extensive axle housing modification to fit.
You need to turn this:
Into this:
I note they are $1000 each (for the kit?) as part of a group buy in another thread. But there is no mention of fitting cost?
It seems they make a suzuki locker as well. Here is an installation thread for the KAM suzuki locker:

Thats gonna be a lot of heat into a thin as rover diff housing to burn that flange on... how do you prevent the warping?

This is a worry - a glue-on locker!!!Current News 27/03/06
For people who do not have a welder or feel they cannot weld an oil tight seam we have 2 options on test.
1) Tube of Loctite 598 Flange Sealant 95g. This is applied to the back of the mounting ring before welding and will ensure an oil tight seal. Price is be around £6.50
2) Large tube of Loctite Bonding Compound 200g. No welding required, Just apply to the back of the mounting ring and leave to set. This is incredibly strong bonding glue. Price will be around £15.50
Testing in progress
Welding to a diff is a major mod in OZ and needs approcal - what about glueing a structural component to a diff???![]()
.
Just when you though a Maxi Drive was involved to fit.
Christ almighty these thing look like a real bastard to install
