Go ask your local mower bloke probably cheaper than a boat repairers. They do them all the time on briggs engines. Blow out the cylinder hole with air and anything left would blow out when you start it

lots of grease on the tap and I set it up so that its on intake stroke with the valve open for the pot Im working on with a blower running into the air intake.
