The first option sounds like the go to me, will be easier to do once I see the car there while I'm making them.

Here you go. These are scorpion racing sliders from rovercraft.

Three attachment points, to the outriggers. Photo's taken of drivers side, facing forward.

As mentioned, the sills are very easy to remove - if fiddly. The hardest bit is removing the plugs at each end where the flares connect to the sill.

In the photo showing the middle attachment you can see in the top right of the photo where the bracket for the sills attached (ie. the hole with the clean paint around it).
