    New Radiator?

I was intending to replace my radiator on the 95 D1 V8 auto this summer and get the existing one recond for a spare. The heat yesterday prompted me to do it sooner rather than later as I noticed the aircon condenser fan kept running after I switched the engine off. I believe these are programmed to run if the temp goes up, though the gauge was showing no sign of moving upwards. I put a new thermo in last Dec and it ran ok all last summer.

Where's the cheapest place for new radiators? National Radiators are selling them new for $699 on ebay and TRS have second hand ones that have been rodded for $325. I'd prefer a new one obviously but is it worth double. Anyone any experience with buying D1 radiators?

Interested, as mine does the same.
Gauge says ok, yet fans run on after engine turn off. After I have used the A/C prior
The sender on the thermostat housing controls the fans I believe, I swapped mine and still does it.

Spoke with Natrad - they can supply a new rad assembly for $795 or a recore for $560. They use a 3 row instead of OEM 4 row core but the tubes are 5/8 instead of the OEM 3/8 diam. (using what they call an "8.4" core).
