Oh,, almost forgot, you can buy lead from most hardware stores I think, I'm sure I've seen it at Bunnings too. Dont know about any licence though,, plumbers maybe?

It is not a nice job melting lead,trying to make it as less hassle as possible.

How much fishing do you do to make it worth making your own sinkers? :o I wish I did that much!

Bunning do sell rolls of flashing. But would be less economical viable.

MUCH CHEAPER and LOVE DIY;);););)
When drifting over a reef you CAN loose a sinker every drift.
