    Yacht restoration

Gentlemen and ladies, I have been restoring an old timber yacht for quite some time. the boat is on land that is being reclaimed by the state govt for the West Conext project. We have to move the boat by Dec 21. The boat could go into the water as a last resort but my preference is to move it to another land based position so we can finish the project. I need another 6 months to have her completed ready to launch. Would anyone on here know of a place where I can place the boat and work on her. She is 28 feet long, we will have completed the exterior paint and hatches etc so she will be water tight. I need time to complete the interior and deck fittings. I am willing to pay rent for the space. An old shed or piece of land around Sydney somewhere would b e perfect. Please pm me if you know of anything that could be suitable. Thanks, Phil.

Hi Poundsterling, yes she is a Herreshoff design. H28, originally built in 1950 in Neutral Bay, Sydney. We have now moved the boat and are in the process of re establishing our work site.
