A reminder about life jackets, gents.

Put them on. too late when the boat capsizes .

I’m pretty sure the dinosaurs died out when they stopped gathering food and started having meetings to discuss gathering food

A bookshop is one of the only pieces of evidence we have that people are still thinking

I would never wear a lifejacket before I bought the newer self inflating jackets that are available now.
You hardly even notice that you are wearing these, Not like the old ones that were bloody uncomfortable and bulky to wear.
I treat the use of lifejackets now like I do seatbelts in a car, If you wont wear a jacket you don't come aboard.
I also consider a 3m boat as a tender and Not something I would use in open water, Especially punts which are dangerous little blighters in any sort of sea.
You only get one shot at life, Aim well

Wet suite is my preference if I am allowed to get wet. Floats well until a weigh belt is added. Fully agree with life jackets. The inflatable ones need a check every few years as well! No good if they do not work when needed as found by a person I know.
